This is a 69-year-old woman who underwent a deep plane facelift (midface and neck), upper eyelid blepharoplasty, and temporal brow lift. Dr. Mustoe's pioneering approach to the neck was utilized without a submental incision. Note the improvement in the platysmal bands. In the upper face, note the improvement in lateral hooding and frown lines.
