A 67-year-old woman with marked wrinkles and skin laxity underwent a deep plane facelift (midface and neck) with perioral fat grafting and skin resurfacing. Note the marked improvement in the laxity around the mouth and cheek area as well as the improvement of her neck with a very natural appearance.
