Deep Plane Facelift and Necklift

This is a 57-year-old woman with a deep plane facelift (mini lift). Note the natural improvement in the midface and neck. She had a previous deep plane facelift (mini lift) 8 years earlier by Dr. Mustoe. She had early recurring aging changes and had a second deep plane facelift under oral sedation in the office. She was out socially within a few days post-op and had minimal bruising and swelling. She looks refreshed but completely natural without any stigmata of facelift surgery; she did not look pulled off tight. Her facial shape was completely natural.
